Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Baby products such as clothing, blankets, and accessories must be returned in their original, unwashed condition.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, personalized items, or opened hygiene products (such as hats, socks, etc.) cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).
Return Method
- Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
- Return Label: A return shipping label will be provided via email upon request. You can download and print the label for your convenience.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and specify the reason for the return.
- We will email you a return shipping label for easy return of the product.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest UK Post Office or Hermes ParcelShop (based on the label provided).
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us directly at support@babies-boo.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If the item you received is damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately at support@babies-boo.com with a photo of the item and the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
- We will also provide a prepaid return label for you to send the damaged product back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns within the UK are FREE.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).
- Return shipping costs for items outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
